First, you get a call to start with HR Screening with basic questions and then moving forward to the Hiring Manager, if you make it, they will proceed to the Director.

I had an interview with the recruiter and heard back nothing even though I followed up 4 times. They answered my initial email but nothing afterwards even though I was told that I would be informed of their decision.
