The Process was very organized. You start with a one hour phone interview, in which they accommodate to your schedule and then if all goes well you move on to an in person interview which they ask you questions and allow you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have..

Interviewers focus on whether my personality matches with the company values, and whether my ability can master the job. The interview is relatively casual though, instead of asking questions in one way, they constantly provide feedbacks, including credits and guidiance.

Friendly and casual; hiring leader was friendly and interview questions were pretty casual. There was a small case study to gauge your problem solving skills and impromptu mock call session.
