First a take home assignment and then an interview. For take home assignment they gave an excel with lounge visits, card details, how many add-on cards, how many guest visits, etc. and they asked me to make a presentation out of it and look for insights and opportunities to work upon especially to cut costs or enhance the product offerings. They liked the analysis and presentation I made but I got rejected in the interview round as they felt I didn’t display product manager skills and I was only good at analysis

There are four phases in the interview process: recruiter screening, interview with the hiring manager, conversation with one of team member (culture fit), interview with the VP of the department (one level above the hiring manager). All the people I’ve met were very friendly and respectful.
The first round was behavioral on HireVue. There were two videos and three writing questions. It was relatively easy. The videos were just one take but overall enough time and easy. It was a regular pre-screen.

Entretien
1st stage interview - in person with 2 product managers. They didn't really ask questions in the format "Tell me a time" which threw me off a bit and forced me to think harder. They also asked me a question I had already answered in a previous question. They also asked 2 questions at once. They could have made the interview more simple and not try to be too unique.
Recruiter took 3 weeks to call me back and didn't respond to my email chaser.
