I had one remote interview with two upper team members, one on site interview with 2 mid managers and then the director directly after. I then had follow up meeting where the actual contract work was explained in a high overview. This was titled shadowing by HR and it was virtual.

They asked questions that gave me insight to which link (external shareholders) in the chain would be difficult and require hounding/excessive tiptoe style follow up.

Interview process involved 3 interviews. First one with a hiring manager then the second interview was panel interview with the members of the department. Last interview was with the head of the department.

It was a standard 2 step process. First interview with the manager of talent acquisition who did the preliminary questions then final interview with head of department which lasted 45 minutes.
