Series of 4 interviews, each structured the same: 30 minutes of asking and answering questions (both technical and behavioral) and 30 minutes solving a copule of coding challenges. I like the way they ran the technical challenges. They encouraged asking questions and collaborating. The coding problems weren't just random either, they would typically build upon the previous challenge or use your solution from the previous challenge.
