Six, thirty-minute interviews with different team members in different parts of the team and in different offices. Informal and chatty style. No competency based questions, just experience-based and sector focused. Virtual interviews during Covid.

Entretien
There were two sections where you were tested for different types of responses. Essentially, you needed to be able to apply your legal skills in both, but one also required soft skills. The recruiter who worked with me was very professional, and does a wonderful job in setting you up for success. There were multiple phone screenings before being brought on-site. I sat on a couch, which is not conducive to a dress or a skirt, so I would recommend slacks.
