Communication throughout the process was clear, timelines were reasonable, and interviewers were professional and engaged.

A recruiter call first and then a 45-min HM call from the iPhone team. The HM was very disrespectful to me and kept disrupting me while I was explaining my experience. He kept saying, “explain what you did, not the product itself”. However, how can someone explain some dedicated hardware related work without explaining the background? It’s like explaining how pistons work in engines without explaining what is an engine. And the call only lasted 30 minutes with him interrupted me once again and asked me “Why Apple?” out of nowhere. Very bad experience overall. I was very patient and explaining everything logically throughout the whole process but clearly the HM wasn’t. I got rejected the second day.

Few personal questions, most of them were technicals question very specifics to the Job description, describe how to solve an issue you had encounter during your past experience. Direct question about what would you propuse in order to solve an issue related to 3er parties equipment interfering with your design.
