first group stage with 10+ people, they show us the video, ask question for your feelings to share and then seperate into 3 groups to ask total of 6rounds of questions. Not too hard but always use your experience to relate to those questions. We also have a role play activity at the end. Was very short so just have fun with it.
Erstes Vorstellungsgespräch - 20 Minuten. Sehr angenehm und professionell. Solange man sich bisschen damit beschäftigt, wird es gut laufen. Man muss sich auf jedenfall selbstbewusst und sozial darstellen. Viel lächeln und aktiv zuhören. Stelle auch deine eigenen Fragen, mach es klar dass du die Website dir angeschaut hast und dass du wirklich interessiert bist. Apple ist es egal was du weißt, sei einfach ehrlich und transparent.

One group interview as well as a phase 2/3 interview with the store manager and possibly the director (i didn't make it past the second interview) but everything is straightforward and mainly behavior questions.
