One of the friend help internal referral. Get the first phone interview only for 30 min with HR. HR taught a lot of the way of how communicate and how to answer the question during the next interview. However, in the 2nd phone interview with the hiring manager, nothing was used from previous call. Not hearing anything back after 2nd interview.
Sourcer screening, recruiter sceening, Hiring manager screening, Turn around time was two to four weeks. The interview process was simple yet effective. recruiter screening was typical involving talk about resume, any gaps and reasons etc.

Submit CV on linkedin, 1st round HR screening, 2nd round from Hiring manager, 3rd round is case study panel with another hiring manager. Then 1 day later, the HR call to inform I am rejected.
