Phone screens - First with Recruiter. Then a phone interview with the hiring manager.
Then 1/2 day onsite interviews 1 on 1 interviews with cross functional team on mgrs . Then a panel interview of 5 people. Then a few more onsite 1 on 1 interviews including the VP. Then job offer.

Panel Interview, Pose problem then ask you to solve it. They are looking for your thought process.
Typically, there are up to four levels of interviews, beginning with the recruiter and progressing to the regional market leader. They are seeking individuals who strike a balance between being people-centric and demonstrating high accountability.

Entretien
Had a call with a recruiter and proceeded to then have an interview with a hiring manager. Once that wrapped the hiring manager the next step was to get further details from the recruiter. That never happened even after follow up.

Leadership and ownership questions. Basic questions for someone with years of experience.
Lengthy interview process with multiple rounds. Educational background and previous experiences were diligently checked to provide hiring team with a good basis for decision making. Overall very good experience and learning to go through it
