Still in progress First interview was about 45 minutes long via WebEx Straight into technical questions without any behavioral questions Questions were such as: How to connect gear to shaft in multiple different ways Cantilever beam question asking areas of maximum stress and the type of stress Does the shape of the beam affect stress If you were to design a battery spring what are the main parameters that you would consider?

It was great. It was for an internship and the interviewers were friendly. It was mostly behavioral questions. Make sure you have a good elevator pitch and can explain every project and detail on your resume in depth. Always expect a follow up question.
