HR screen was none technical mainly focusing on what you are looking for in a role.
Manager screen was technical and personal. Questions focused on your own experience asking to explain what you have done looking for technical depth. Personal questions focused on seeing if you were a fit for the team.
Full day virtual on site was a mix of technical, cross functional and analytical questions. Questions were fair looking at what you know and were not looking to break you.
The overall timeline from initial conversations to accepting an offer was roughly 8 weeks due to holidays. If holidays were not in the mix I assume the process would have been 4 weeks. I was able to leverage interviews from other teams so the process could take longer for other candidates.
