An extremely tiresome and stressful process. Recruiter reached out two months after I had applied online. The first interviews I received were a series of phone screens, each one with a several week gap in between. This was followed (again, several weeks later) by a virtual onsite, which consisted of ten 30-45 minute interviews with members of the team. The whole process took over half a year and ultimately I never received any feedback after the onsite. At no stage was the recruiter forthcoming with any kind of information, whether about the job itself, the interview process, or feedback. The interviews themselves were informal, with most of the content being on technical questions. Phone screen interviews were very similar to those in the onsite. The interviews were fun and challenging but the process left me with a horrible impression of the company.
