Phone call, followed by a technical interview, followed by a video generated interview. Interesting process, takes a few weeks to hear back but working with apple is work it, great standard there
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Apple (Cork) en mars 2015

I applied through the Apple site for an AHA position. After around 2 days I received a mail askimg if I would be interested in an upcoming position. I replied saying I would. A day or 2 later I received another mail to organise my tech assessment and also my Skype interview.
My tech assessment was 17 questions in total, 15 video and 2 written essay. All questions were based on this particular area of Apple. The first 15 were tech, the last 2 were customer service.
My video interview was with both the hiring manager and team manager at once. Both were incredibly nice. The interview was very comfortable and based mainly on my previous job history and customer service skills. I was asked a few questions about Apple also. At the end, I was given the option to ask my own questions too.
I showed my enthusiasm for Apple, which they love to see.
I have a tech background and also a great customer service history. Customer service and loyalty to the brand are they're main focus.
Overall a really great experience, couldn't fault anyone.
Good luck everyone!

I first spoke on the phone with a recruiter then scheduled an interview virtually. We role played a series of potential scenarios and they asked some questions. It was pretty straightforward and flowed really smoothly.
Interview questions about culture or apple after that.they check my confidence and trust because it is most important in all company. trust makes us friendly with company and just because of it we all did it very smoothly and enjoy the work
