I applied online and received a call the next day, after a prescreen phone interview I was scheduled for a face to face. The face to face was a two part process consisting of an interview with the department manager and another panel interview. About a week later I received an email for a background check. The holidays delayed the process a bit, but the week after New Years I received my offer.
