I applied on the company website with my resume and answered some questions about my experience with apple products, it took about a month to get a response. The interview was over the phone and took about 10 minutes

It was very straight forward where I was asked to introduce myself. Then talk about one of my projects on my cv
Group interviews where you had to speak about your experience and answer scenario questions. You had to speak about client facing roles and how to best suit what the customer is looking for. Personality traits and people skill set based.
There were some scheduling questions asking about what times the candidates could work. Then 3 STAR questions like tell me about a time where you had to handle an unsatisfied customer.
