How do you stay current with new technology and Apple’s product line?
Can you describe a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer? How did you handle it?
How do you manage multiple tasks or customers during busy times?
Very straight forward, ask about your previous work experience and customer service experience. Was totally like a conversation and not like a script they were going off. It’s a simple process and truly seamless

long - 1-2 months generally 3-5 interview rounds including the initial group interview/seminar. Each interview thereafter is with one manager, one and one and then eventually the store manager where they generally group you with 2 or 3 other people.
