The interview process is quite long, typically 2 or 3 interviews. I was selected for the first interview which was a group interview, where I was sat alongside 4 other interviewees, and we were given adequate time to get to know each other before the managers came and commenced the interview. The interview itself was very relaxed and the manager introduced herself to us, talking about her work and personal life, and we were all very much encouraged to be ourselves and talk not just about our work lives, but our personal endeavours as well. I did not get selected for the next round, however I can see how this job can be a very rewarding experience for those who do get selected.

Had 3-4 different interviews after I applied. They were all group interviews. The third one is with a Senior Manager, and the last one is with the Store Leader. The interviews themselves weren't too bad at all.
