It was a very lengthy interview process, there were also lots of uncomfortable situations following my answers to questions, in that the interviewer kept smirking, and not that I should have to say this but this wasn't a role out of my reach it was at best a similar level to what I was doing at that time just within a different industry. I seemed to constantly be asked if I was sure of my answer and although the person interviewing me knew little about the industry I had worked previously in he kept asking condescending questions relating to it, e.g. what does ABC stand for then? Worst thing was, that after such a lengthy interview process no one from the recruitment team could even be bothered to give me a call to give me feedback. I attended every single face to face interview on time and prepared for their interrogation style interview, I'm not so sure I would have accepted the role either way but it would have been nice to at least hear back!!
