The interview process involved 3 distinct interview steps. The first was virtual with basic, key questions. The second was a videoconference with the core team. The third was a videoconference with Operations counterparts on the shift.

I liked how their questions were aligned with their culture and strategy. One question was to provide an example of how I approached a highly technical problem and what did I learn from that effort.
