Ridiculous. I knew right away when the recruiter asked me to walk him through my resume by talking about each job, task, responsibility, that this was going to be a waste of time. And it was. When recruiters ask you to do this, it's because the company doesn't exactly know what it is looking for. And when you have a less than capable recruiter asking you to take him through step by step, you know you're dealing with pretty low standards here.

Great and efficient experience for the interview. Friendly and everyone was on time, fair questions. Clear about the expectations and process and didn’t take long to get back to me
The recruiter was not professional and most likely inhibited my chances of moving forward with the company. The recruiter was difficult to respond to emails - it took multiple emails and phone calls that were not returned - and I finally had to speak to her supervisor - in order to just schedule an intake session.
