I had applied for this summer internship position through the online application process. Within 1 week, I received an e-mail asking me to schedule a phone interview with the HR. The phone interview was basically a screening process and I mainly detailed my past experiences that were already listed on my resume. Following this, I was contacted by the hiring manager within 3 days to schedule another phone interview. During the second phone interview, my manger focused on how my past experience and skills could be a fit for the job. Subsequently, I was called on-site to meet with the team for the final round. The teams members individually interviewed me, although it was more like a pleasant conversation with very few technical questions. My manager also quizzed me on my knowledge of the company and its products. Overall, it was a pleasant process interviewing with the team at every step. Within a week I was notified by my manager that I was hired!
