Absolutely appalling communication ( or rather lack of it) following the interview. Informed at the interview that the outcome would be known in 2-3 weeks time and it took AZ 10 weeks to inform about unfavourable outcome. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional attitude. Was also given false hope during agonising 10 weeks of waiting ( email informing that I am in strong consideration for the position). Will definitely stay clear from AZ.

Great interview process! Three rounds with the team and moved quickly on a decision. Ultimately required relo which was not possible for me unfortunately but appreciated the communication throughout the process
