This was an assessment day for a graduate program. The first step is to submit an application for the job through the company's website. If your application is selected, you do an online test, followed by an easy video interview with basic questions (tell me about yourself, etc). During assessment day, there was a presentation, team work exerice, and general interview. Overall engaging, generally relaxing and great interviewers. Technical Assessment: Depending on the job, you may be asked to complete a technical assessment or skills test. This could be a coding challenge, a writing sample, or a presentation. Second Round Interview: The second round interview is typically conducted with the hiring manager or a member of the team you'll be working with. During this interview, you may be asked more detailed questions about your experience and skills, and the interviewer may provide more information about the role and company culture.
