After a successful phone interview, was called back twice to the headquarters for follow-up interviews. Met with at least five different managers. All of a sudden, no further communication - I followed up with HR contact and hiring manager, received no return calls/emails/etc. Found this completely unprofessional for a large, established pharmaceutical company. I can understand if I didn't get the position, but for me to invest that time to be tossed aside with no feedback or follow-up was disappointing, to say the least.
