Process was very tedious
So many round conducted like faang companies
HR never respond to call after clearing all rounds
AstraZeneca works more reply on vendor for technical requirement due to this these vendor never have clear picture to offer the employment to the candidate

I applied for the Senior Consultant – Data & Digital AI role and completed the HireVue on-demand video interview. Later, I received an official email inviting me for an in-person interview at the Chennai office, with a clear scheduled time for my personal interview.
On the interview day, candidates attended a leadership interaction session in the morning. However, after that session, we were informed that the technical interview would not take place as scheduled. No interview happened, and we were told that the technical team would “review our profiles” and HR would get back to us.
I had prepared extensively, traveled to the office, and spent half a day there expecting an interview based on the formal invite. The lack of communication, last-minute change, and absence of clarity about next steps felt unprofessional and disappointing.

Entretien
Interview panel had 2 members and it was a simple one where they just asked core java questions. Mostly no questions were from any Frameworks. Heard from that it was for a desktop application which they had plans of migrating to recent tech stack.
