Very long recruitment process, took 4 months from date of applying to being made an offer. Initial screening telephone interview with hiring manager 30-40 min, followed by written assessment completed at home. Face to face interview was all day and included another written assessment plus a presentation and interview on leadership values.

Two interview stages with hiring manager lasting one hour each. Both interviews were virtual - no no need to travel to Cambridge. I was also set a writing assignment after the first interview.

Entretien
I was contacted by an extremely rude recruiter who clearly knew nothing of the job and proceeded to downplay my accomplishments and outright insult me. The hiring manager was amazing, but what a bad start.
