three stage process with recruiter, hiring manager and reporting line manager. Interview was conducted remotely via MS Teams and was spaced out over a period of 4 weeks. It was a relatively standard process for this grade, and allowed you to meet the direct report but not the rest of the team.
interviewed for position in the US; scheduling was handled by staff in Mexico; very disorganized; HR person was not forthright when I asked basic questions; I withdrew my interest in the position due to these behaviors

There were four rounds of interviews: HR, hiring manager and manager to whom there is a dotted line, hiring manager’s boss, hiring manager’s boss’s boss. HR was fairly timely in sharing updates.
