Adequately informed by the company about when and where would the interview be held via telephone.
Required to write an essay before interview and to fill out application form (with passport size photo)
After that, the interview begins with 2 personnel from the human resource department.
My interview was held in group as I applied through my college.
As it is a group interview, it lasted quite some time.

Entretien
Online Hirevue and then in 1-1 case style interview.
Interview involved structuring thoughts and creating corresponding excel spreadsheet and PowerPoint slide. Interview was relatively unstructured and flowed with my approach + guidance from the interviewer.
Online hirevue video recording, then you go in for in-person assessment centre where you sit at a table with 5 other applicants and go through a scenario, from there it is a one-on-one interview.
Das Vorstellungsgespräch verlief insgesamt okay. Ich konnte die Fragen beantworten, jedoch wurden teilweise unnötige Fragen gestellt und die Atmosphäre war nicht besonders angenehm. Dadurch wirkte das Gespräch nicht so angenehm.
