J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez BDO (Kuala Lumpur) en mars 2014
Entretien
I interviewed on March 2014. It was a group interview with about 10 people or so. The interviewer were Audit Partner and Director. Very conducively conducted and it was relaxed and fun. They wanted to know more about yourself and what can you do. Nothing technical asked. Overall, was a pleasant process. The overall process took about 1 month plus. I applied online early February and was called by the HR for interview late March. Went for the interview and two days later, they called back to offer the position with the designated salary.

Entretien
From my experience, BDO's recruitment process moves quite quickly. HR often contacts shortlisted candidates on short notice. For instance, test results may be released on the 2nd, while the HR screening interview is scheduled on the 4th. This means candidates need to be prepared and flexible, as there is usually little time to prepare between stages.

The interviewer first asked me to introduce myself in English. After that, they asked why I wanted to become an auditor and what interested me about the auditing profession.
The interviewers are helpful and fun, and very responsive. It is a group interview and 3 people in a room with 4 interviewers, it started with an online assessment 6 questions, include logical thinking, and few problem solving questions and after that interview session started.
