I had an interview with HR which was pretty friendly and nice. Days after I got another interview with a Director which was also very good and everything went well. After this I had another interview with two Managers and the same thing it went well and and I had good feedback. Unfortunately after 3 weeks I have not hear back as the Lead Senior hasn't been able to make a decision, I really don't appreciate that after 'good feedback' and a interviews in where I invested my time I haven't heard a simple yes or not. The process has been tired for me because I just can't get a resolution.
