The initial interview process wast fast. The interviewer only asked me about the background of my family. I thought it went well but unfortunately i did not received any call again.

the interview started at 8am. The whole interview time was about 20 mins. They ask personal and resume related questions. They even asked me about my grades. Two people interviewed me, they are friendly and accommodating.

I would like to check some suggestions regarding on their application as Client service associate under Bdo company. I am about to have an interview tomorrow. So I am hoping to get some ideas and suggestions on how to ace the interview.
