It was an interview with a senior partner. It was a role as part of the outsourcing team in the North West area. The interviewer explained clearly the need for the role, context and company overall.

Very general questions. In my case my background isn’t in auditing or industry, so the specifics were around how would approach x y or z situations given I don’t have that experience.

Entretien
First step call from the recruiter to access your fit for the position.
Second step first interview with manager. It was a casual interview we talked about my experiences and what the position is about.
Third step second round interview with division head. Also a very casual interview we talked about the position mostly and what is expected out of the candidate. Few questions about my experiences.
