Typical half-a-day assessment centre. Consists of 1 to 1 interviews, group exercises and case studies. Interviews and assessment centre heavily revolves around daily job activities and BDO's value. Overall, very positive experience with the company and the team.

Got an interview chance on the AC. The AC was quite stressful, with a 35 minute case study plus a 15 minute numerical task, and had to present afterwards. Another part of it was a group project, but they came back to me around 4 hours after the AC.

Interview process went smoothly until the assessment centre, was told I would be informed of my result within 5 working days. After waiting 2 weeks I inquired and then sent a brief email telling me I was unsuccessful
