Back then, it was an interview with the MD and reporting Manager to understand your work experience and capability. Offer came in relatively fast after. Some parts were not relevant but that was part of the process.

Language skills were assessed. Salary negotiation was tough as the recruiter did not budge. If you decline, the recruiter may reach out again in a couple of months. Interviews with higher level management was rather grounded.
