Le processus de recrutement chez Bain & Company commence généralement par une candidature en ligne et un tri de CV. Viennent ensuite des entretiens de type “case interview” pour évaluer la résolution de problèmes et le raisonnement structuré. Il y a souvent 2 à 4 tours avec consultants et managers. Two rounds and an human resources round. Resume screening. Overall two months process. Case interviews both to check logical thinking and anallytical mindset. Good experience overall, highly recommend to at least go through the process
