J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Bain & Company (Boston, MA) en oct. 2008
Entretien
As of 2010, getting an interview for an associate consultant position was only possible if you are a student at one of the on-campus recruited schools (for Boston: Ivies, Williams, Amherst). First round is on-campus, two 30-minute interviews, both case format. ~10% get callbacks to the office. Again, two interviews in the case format. These are longer, 45 minutes each, and with partners and managers while the first round are SACs and consultants.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Almost entirely case interview format, no really difficult questions beyond the case. Very standard interview questions otherwise.
2 cases for R1. Pretty straightforward cases about revenue optimization opportunities. There was a little bit of market sizing but all data needed was given. No behaviorals asked in round 1 for me.

Three rounds of interviews, generally 2 rounds in person or remote with live consultants. Each round involves a 2-3 case interviews each, which generally also include a set of behavioural questions.
