3 intervews with various management spread over a two week period from lowest to highest in store management. Background check but no drug testing required. Orientation included videos, slideshows and paperwork as well as web based training moduals for all aspects of customer service and general employment, safety. If you're hired infor seasonal the orientation and training are minimized. They provide great food/snacks for all meetings.

The interview process at Best Buy was very welcoming and straightforward. They focused on understanding why I wanted to work there and my involvement in technology. The interviewers were friendly and seemed genuinely interested in my passion for tech and customer service.
