Short, behavioral interview. Plenty of time for questions, take advantage of this, show them you are a good person and be interested. Interview was not with a hiring manager but actual employees.

They hire from our campus, and I gave them my resume at a Career fair. I was contacted later that week for an interview on-campus. The first interview was general behavioral questions, based on scenarios such as "give us an example of how you handled a conflict in your team" etc. I was fairly confident, and was called back for a second round the next day.The second interview was a Group Interview where they asked us to solve an IT problem (can't reveal more because of NDA) in a group of 5-6 people interviewing for intern and full-time positions.

Question 1
Mostly general. In the group interview, it's important to make your voice heard and that can be challenging.
The interview was done on HireVue, which is an AI based system that evaluates your interview by analyzing speech, words, features, movements, eye contact etc. They ask you 5 questions and also include some games at the end.

Initial communication was made through a career fair where I was invited to a pre-screening event. The pre-screening event resulted in an interview but ultimately during the interview I was told that I could not be hired due to my need for sponsorship.
