The first interview was on the phone. The second interview was one on one with 5 interviewers. They were friendly and they did not ask many tough and technical questions. One of the reason I did not get offer was my skill set did not match perfectly with the job.

The interview was a one hour phone interview with about 4 people on the line using STAR standardized questions. After the interview was done, I got a result back within two weeks.

Very structured and formal set of questions. Some very technical questions and some extremely vague. Lots of opportunity to ask my own questions. The feedback was fairly quick. No discussion on salary.
