Interview peocess was smooth. I applied on the portal & got shortlisted.
Got a call from HR & he scheduled my interview with hiring managers.
first I had a telephonic intervew, general HR questions like tell me about yourself & why Boeing etc.
Then I had F2F interview scheduled at city office.
5 questions were asked & all were STAR method based.

Tell us about a time you faced a hard situation & how you handeled it?
Easy, quick, asked about previous selling experience and goals/targets achieved in the past. Asked me to do a product presentation about a product of my choice. Received updates throughout the process and felt that the entire process was very professional with excellent communication

Entretien
Phone then face to face with director level hiring authority. Phone interview was HR only, then face to face was with functional director. Much time describing position and correlating my background to the position.
