If you are already employed with the Company, you receive an email inviting you to the interview. If you accept, a list of instructions is sent to you for completing the interview. It is a structured interview with a five person panel. I was asked two questions by each person on the panel. You have to answer the questions with the STAR method. It was a pretty relaxed environment.

Applied for position. Received call from hiring manager to conduct a phone interview. Met with Human Resources representative and managers to discuss position and go through interview process. Received an offer letter. Accepted offer letter and met with manager again. Attended Human Resources process appointment to fill out paperwork and receive benefits information, work assignment information and other company related information.
