Was hired through the EAHI (Engineering Accelerated Hiring Initiative) process. Submitted my resume through my university's career fair. About a week later, got invited for a campus interview. I was interviewed by a panel of mostly engineers within the company. They asked mostly STAR and behavioral questions. They grilled me in further detail about my experience in my resume.

quick, easy, and to the point. The interviewer panel was professional and kind. They asked thoughtful questions. I enjoyed going through this process. They did not try to trick you.
Asked about project experience and operations of rocketry team. How you worked through error, how you could prevent issues from arising at testing. Moved to theory on structures and propulsion
The interview process was quite easy which had only one round . They majorly asked me about my project and java fundamentals .It matters how you answer exactly to the point and with confidence .
