They take interview just for fun, not sure if they even have a real opening. Extremely confusing recruitment process with no transparency. After my final round of interview they ghosted me completely however on career site my application shows "Manager Review in Progress". Overall simple interview process, One round of Technical discussion followed by structured (SMART) interview. But real pain would start after that as endless wait would kill you and eventually you'll move on I did some research and found that I'm not the only one to face this. Almost everyone face the same as the HR and the process lacks transparency Also if you would consider the latest news on public domain, not sure if they are in a position to even recruit. Overall pathetic experience, A company of this stature expected to do lot better
