I interviewed with several people in the the leadership group. I was impressed with the level of talent and dedication I encountered throughout the process. I was a finalist for the position, ultimatly an internal candidate was chosen for the position. Though I was disappointed I did not get the position its encouraging to see that they do promote internally. Overall the experience was very positive. I will continue to seek other potions within Booking.com that fit my skill set.
