I really enjoyed the experience I had during the recruitment process. I had constant contact with the HR responsible for my file and I was updated every step of the way. During the interviews I got to showcase my skills and meet some of the great people I eventually got to work with.

Interview 1 - Screening with the HR recruiter Interview 2 - Interview with the design manager where they ask about your process and general UX principles Interview 3 - Craft interview where you put together a presentation speaking to 1 or 2 past design projects Interview 4 - Interview with the PM and design manager again. This is a fit interview to see how you solve problems and tackle difficult situations
