      J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Booz Allen Hamilton en mars 2019

      August 2018 - I applied for a senior level job last year, completed the round 1 interview. After no follow-up in 10 days and I reached out to the recruiter who stated that there were two teams interested in bringing me on board and she is trying to solidify timings to coordinate a phone interview. I didn’t hear back from her a week later and I reached out she stated she is still coordinating their calendars. One week later and no follow-up. I reached out, apparently too many follow-ups and she responded we are no longer interested at this time. March – 2019 - A recruiter reached out and invited me to an interview, I shared my first encounter and told her I was hesitant about the process. She assured me that she will be involved in every aspect of the way and history will not repeat itself. Well, it did! I accepted an invitation was interviewed by five different teams. I expressed interest in the CDM team in Tyson. I was invited for the second round of interview which I assumed it was a follow-up to the initial interview. On the day of the interview, I was told I was doing another round of interview with three other teams for different positions. Two of the interviewers did not show up. The one that did (-----), was not happy that he is thrown at it alone and the interview started late @ 12:12 pm and a hard stop at 12:41 pm with me finishing my questions in the elevator and walking out to security. I don’t think I was given a fair chance at an interview, questions were not structured or prepared. They were more geared towards project management. Overall an unpleasant experience. While I accept that not every company is for everyone vice versa. I feel that I was not given a fair chance and there need to be more training around diversity and inclusion sensitivity. Overall, I love Booz, It just didn't work out and you can’t force it. I truly hope my feedback will enable management to take a closer look at the hiring process.
