A recruiter reached out to me via email. I had a phone screen that only lasted less than 5 minutes. The recruiter emailed me two days later stating that a hiring manager wanted to interview me.
While the interviews that I had went fine, I wasn't interested in joining an organization where they treated me like I was more junior than my experience.

I went through four different stages of interviews over a ~ 1 month timeframe. 1. Screen with recruiter. 2. Interview with hiring manager 3. Technical talk and half-day interview with BAH employees. 4. Interview with DoD client.

Question 1
Hiring manager asked about my general experiences to gauge my expertise. BAH employees individual meetings focused on technical questions and how I would relate technical content to a non-technical or semi-technical audience. The interview was very professional and the questions were well thought out.
