No phone screen/interview. Recruiter set up an interview and was very nice to work with. I had an in person interview with 6 people. It was a behavioral type of interview. I went to the interview right after work which was not good since I was already mentally exhausted and not in the mood to describe work situations and how I handled them. I know I didn't interviewed well. Despite this I expected BHA to take the time to notify me that I was not selected in a courteous manner. I took a significant amount of time to prepare and then go to the interview. I emailed the recruiter after the interview to thank all six people who took time to interview me. The recruiter never responded. About a week later I got an automatic email saying I was not selected. I will probably keep trying to get a BAH job just because they are one of the best employers in my line of work but I will go in knowing that they won't value me or my time.
