Applied and received initial phone screening within one week. Submitted written pre-screening. Scheduled interview. Interview process was smooth. 1 on 1 interview focused largely on previous experience and projected role fit.

One interview with 3 people. Just resume focused. I applied for a Mid Level role, so they asked me about some of the school senior projects as well, why do i want to work here, all that good stuff
The process is competitive and has many steps to it. They really care about how you would fit within the team along with your skills and experience. You do end up meeting quite a few people as you move through the process.
